Project Brief:

JobHunt set out to create the ultimate job search experience, particularly for users across GCC countries, Egypt (MEA), UK, and Europe. As Design Lead, my main goal was to ensure a seamless experience for creating personalized job alerts and applying for jobs, powered by AI features.

Design Challenges:

• Optimizing Onboarding & Job Alert Setup: Ensuring a seamless first-time user experience for alert configuration.

• Streamlining the Application Workflow: Creating a frictionless and efficient process for all job applications.

• Enhancing AI-Powered Feature Adoption: Maximizing user engagement with AI features to boost their job application.

• Improving Paywall Conversion Rate & Acquisition: Designing compelling incentives to drive premium subscriptions.

• Implementing Gamified Engagement: Fostering consistent user activity through rewarding interactions like Streak.
